17 spacious and fully equipped apartments and studios that can accommodate 1-5 persons. All apartments and studios have balconies and most of them are overlooking the sea and bay of Aegiali. The accommodation is on the beach and has all the comfort you need and this together with the calm and unique atmosphere it’s a guarantee that you will have a pleasant and relaxing vacation.
Apartments on the first floor 1-4 persons
The apartments are more independent and quiet from the ones in the garden and are usually preferred by solo travelers, couples, families with 1 child. Some have a view over the bay of Aegiali and the garden and others over the garden and the mountain. All have two rooms, one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a traditional sofa which can be turned into two single beds.
Apartments in the garden 1-5 persons
These apartments are the first choice by families or groups who like to stay beside each other or sit all together in our lush garden. All have two rooms, one bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a traditional sofa which can be turned into two single beds. Some have also a view over the sea.
Stone studios 1-2 (3) persons
Tourist tax 50 cent/night & Environment fee 1.50€/night is not incl. and we don’t serve breakfast.

- The studios are cleaned every day and the towels and sheets are being changed at the latest every two days.
- Reception
- Transports from/to the port of Aegiali, free of charge up to 4 persons, can be arranged upon request.
- We arrange taxi for the transfer from/to the port of Katapola to our premises, the cost 2018 was €30 one way.
- We always assist with luggage transfer from/to the public parking space 250 m away from our premises.
- Pets are accepted after agreement with us.

Payment Policy
- A reservation is considered valid only after a deposit has been received 5 days after the agreement (30% of the total sum) and after a copy of the deposit has been sent to the hotel via fax or e-mail.
- The remaining amount (after you paid the prepayment) is to be paid, the latest before check-out. If you prefer you can pay the total amount in advance to our account, but then please notify us.
- Tourist tax 50 cent/night is not included.
- Environment fee 1.50€/night is not included.
Cancellation Policy
- If a cancellation is made 21 days or more before the date of arrival, the total amount of the deposit is returned.
- If the cancellation takes place 14 – 20 days before the date of arrival, the 50% of the advance is returned.
- In case the cancellation of the reservation is made 13 days or less from the date of arrival, the deposit is not returned. Any transfer expenses are paid by the client-visitor.
- If the guests do not stay for the entire period booked, they will be charged 50% of the cost for the unused period.
General Policy
- Additional bed to an apartment or studio comes with an increase of 20% on the price.
- Check in 14:00 and check out 11.30.
- If you stay until 18:00 the additional cost is 50% of the room price. After 18.00 the entire amount of the daily price is charged.
